This is my 2002 Blaster. Its sorta in peices right now but, all i need to do is get a new piston and get it bored out and she'll run. I bought it for 600 bucks. Its not in the best shape but i think i got a pretty good deal on it. My garage is sure a mess, i was working on my sleds suspension but then i got this and put the sled to the side lol ....

Heres the rear .... Theres a few more pics of the engine and stuff in "my pics" in sig ... I just want to get it running right now, i have no sport quad to ride ... only the grizzly ... but thats my dads now. This winter i want to tear it down completely, pc the frame, get new a arms and swing arm along with axle ... new tires. Def. want nerfs as soon as i get it running ....

not bad for $600. Looks like the sub-frame is a little tweaked. And so does the swingarm. But im sure it will be a hell of alot of fun. And a fun project. I want to buy a cheap bike just to mess around on and make a project out of it. BUt im broke.lol. Good luck and have fun fixin her up man.

I think the way its sitting on the milk crate with the swing arm not bolted it just looks like that .... I had to move the back end over and the swing arm wanted to stay there lol

Anyone have any suggestions on products i can get? I was looking for a good nerf bar w/ a heel guard. This is my first sport quad that i am goin to get running so, i want nerfs.

sounds like straight up suicide to me man.
riding a stock blaster hard scared me they handle so badly.
