#88yfz can you take some new pictures because at first look your bike looks mostly stock but i took a better look and its completley not... take some diff pics and post please it looks nice and imsroll450r nicee (besides the nerfs lol)

THe logo says DMP Covers but I got them through Factory Effex, and yes everyone I rattle canned the nerfs last night........ I'm too lazy to take them off and get them PCed but I'm buyin a new set anyway so they wont be red for long. Thanks for all the compliments. Jimmy, I oiled the chain just for you........

i think those drag bikes are bad a## maybe not 450r's and maybe on the wrong thread but i wouldn't say worthless, just built for a different reason

tires have everything to do with it to a point like i have a set of 20" front an 18" back an a set of 23 front an 22 back they both work ok but with the mx tires it rides better

Took me a year or so to get them dialled in but they're spot on now, I'm a big fella and they soak up the jumps and bumps just nice.

I'm runnin the acropovic titanium system which works well but sends to pop and bang a little,I was thinking of upgrading to the Dasa next year, I hear good things about it accross the pond !!

I'm in the process of fitting an 06 flatside carb with a boyeson quickshot, engineered to fit my 05 andbeen bored out to 43mm...can't wait to feel the extra punch ....hopefully

thats good.My next shock would be pep! i have a rear on one of my trx450's and I love it. I have also ran axis and fox evols. Theyre all nice. But pep's seem to have an awesome rep for being great performing shocks. I need to work more!lol

And I dont hear very much about that exhaust. i know lots of people with the Dasa exhaust.. theyre nice.but way loud! But I they do boost hp.

Carb will make alot of good power also

Oh dear god I am more than satisfied. It deffinatly proved it self at highpoint when I could pull on many guys in A class. I pulled many HGR kawis down the finish line stretch. Thing rips.

It is the regular core and I love it... the low to midrange power is a lot better and is definately noticeable once jetted correctly...

and i wasnt talking about the shock itself the 8 clicks are SWEET shocks i had a set before the ones i have now. what makes mine a TRUE piggyback is the ressy is actually built on the shock itself, while the 8 clicks you will be getting are a remote ressy that is clamped onto the top.

Where did you get the black gripper/wear pads on your rear fenders? That would help a lot for guys with white plastics! Do they come in different colors?

thanks fellas!! i put in alot of time in this build and im very proud of it. thanks again for the compliments. the graphics are xgx racing 450r hq graphics. i believe there are 12 to choose from. the frame and subframe are gloss black. the gripster skins are from techspec usa. they sell them pre cut or you can buy a universal sheet for less money. thats the route i took for the side fenders and saved about 30$ buy cutting them my self. i dont think they come in diff colors though.

thanks!! the motowoz rear is great! i havent got much ride time on this build yet but so far i love it. there seems to be no harsh spots in the travel at all, and the valving was spot on. i really didnt even need to mess with much to get it setup perfect. i welcome any questions you guys may have about the build thanks! heres a list of mods.

sorry it took so long for me to reply. the stock crank case breather hose is just butted up against the stock filter in the airbox. the breather mod is the second pic of my second post. it is the small filter in the air box. when using a fabric filter the stock breather setup will not butt up correctly to the k&n type filter. so what most do is get fuel line hose and re route the breather and add a mini filter to stop debris from entering the engine. some run 2 diff lines direct from the trans side and valve cover with separate filters. others just reroute it like in the pic. i have heard it adds a little more rev but i have no proof of it. hope that explains it though. thanks

Does it hurt the air filter if oil from the breather hose gets on it?
Im going to try this.. I have mine re-routed on one of my quads and my other is just in the stock position. Thanks

very pleased with the rs7 sounds awesome, not to loud. power is great for mid to high end compared to the big 3 ? not sure but its a great system. heres a sound clip just have to fastfoward to the end of the vid its one i made a month ago.

thats exactly the noise level I was looking for, that was with the spark arrestor in correct?

nice build btw and by big 3 i meant dasa, rossier and sparks

spark arrestor is out, have not put it in but have been told does not make that much diff,

yeah dasa, rossier and sparks are great pipes also, just your personal pref, sparks will give ya more power out the 4 but is loud and $ but a great pipe, i like the sound from the yosh and i got a great deal on it
