Z400 indicator lights?

My buddy just bought an 03 Z400. There are three lights on the bar mount. Reverse, Nuetral and ???? Any help would be appriciated. Thanks

My 3rd one has a little thermometer on it, so I assumed it was temp. Gonna have to look at the manual.

temp warning light, that is what the other sensor in the radiator is for

i belive its a temp light like said above,it comes on when the motor starts to over heat to let you know to shut it off right away
