Just upgraded my daughters quad from, 01 yamaha bear tracker to a 03 kodiak 450 auto 4x4. Is there anything I should be aware of, I'm concerned with the drive belt, the little info that I heard, is that water and the belt don't mix.
Machine has 200 miles, 45 hours.

dunno theres anything necessarily that you should be aware of I have had my 02 kodiak since 04 and have had no real issues with it...quite a reliable quad

My friend got a kadiak 400 and he ride swamps on it just about every day and he dont have any problems.

Never rode swamps but I HAVE rode through some decently deep mud pits and up some nice windy hills ^_^ love my KoDee
