oil leak after switching to Rotella

I switched from the Mobil 1 red cap to the Rotella 5w-40 and now I have a oil leak around my oil filter cover.Has anyone had the same problem?

Switched and everything is going fine for me. Made the switch from Honda GN4 to the Rotella T 5W40.

Just take the cap off, and check it out, you might have to replace the o-ring or maybe some dirt got around it or something, just take it off and see.

probably just an o ring that took a ****. the oil didnt do it

switching to synthetics usually will cause an issue with valve seals etc, not a oring gone bad
