My buddy got a Kodiak 400 4x4 with the auto trans. It has a no start condition, every time I hit the start button I get a click from a relay where the battery leads go to off the battery. Yes the battery is good and charged, its actually new, and charged. All fuses I can find are good, there are 2 on the relay where the battery leads are, and a small group of them all check out ok.
ALSO IF I JUMP THE BATTERY TERMINALS ON THE RELAY OFF THE BATTERY THE BIKE WILL START. DO I HAVE A BAD RELAY OR SOMETHING ELSE GOING ON I"M MISSING?
Thank you for your help in advance everyone.

Could be several things. Could be that your starter is going out. Could be that your battery is no good. Could be you having a bad connection on the battery. Could be you having a solenoid going out.
Could be 100 other things. I would bet on the battery.

the battery is brand new, charged, reading 12.6 volts, and the connections are tight.
