Color on new Roll Design Arms.

Anyone seen the new color Roll is using on his arms. They are black, but they are not powder coated, they dont shine at all. The intimidator bumbers from IMS/ROLL also come with that color. Is that powdercoat, or anodized, or something else. I would like to make some stuff with that color.
