We have a polaris 90 scrambler the handlebars are turned to the right of the bike when the tires are straight. what do you need to do to straighten them out so they are in line with the tires?

You need to adjust the tie rods. There should be two jam nuts on each end of the tie rod, next to the tie rod ends. Loosen these up and turn the tie rod one way or the other. You should see the tire move. Straighten your handlebars, and adjust the tie rod until the tire is pointing where you want it to. Do this for the other side as well.
Tighten the jam nuts, and you are ready to go.

Thank you so much any pointers on getting the thing to start without starter fluid?
