I have a 2000 400ex. Should i get the ballance pro,quiet race series, or sport series hmf pipe?

whatever you think looks best, they all perform about the same...i got the sport series for mine.

i have the sport and it's a great pipe but ime sure they r pritty much the same thing.

Sport Series - Standard (straight through) silencer

Ballance - Sport series plus it comes with a removable torque converter insert that is supposed to smooth out the power. This is good; however, you cannot run this and the quiet core at the same time. You either run no insert, the torque insert, or the quiet core.

The QRS is decieving because it is 100 db............ and you cannot run a quiet core at all. With this one you will not meet the 96 db sound checks.

If you ride in a sound sensative area you might as well get the sport one because you will have to run the quiet core and it would be a waste of money to get the Ballance when you cannot use the torque insert.
