Well after finding out the frame was bent on our Eton I finally tracked one down to replace it.It came today and although I like the color.....the actual powdercoating job on it was awful.I will probably regret not getting it redone but this thing has been apart too long and the weather is here for riding. So together it goes. Here are a couple pics of it so far.

Looks real nice. That new frame have gussets already?

Posted by: wvspeedfreak

I bought the frame used and it did have a couple places gusseted but probably not nearly enough.I am sure it will hold up fine for my son at this point. He is still pretty small and is not to the point yet of reaching the limits of what the frame will handle.

The old frame was evidently tweaked when I bought it.

I would like a wider axle but I just have wheel spacers for it right now.

My Son has been sporting some serious air lately and never once has had an issue with his Wheel spacers

We are just now going to go with aftermarket just because of the mini accident so now he needs it replaced so Ill pay extra and get one.

The shocks are a little stiff for him but they will do.

After a jetting change we started to get it dialed in.It still needs a little tweaking in the needle department but it is pretty close. This is the last pic I have for now.

Yeah, trying to find a decent used mini frame is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Most parents(myself included)that have a stockpile of mini parts aren't coming off of them until the little ones have out grown them and moved on.
While it was apart I freshened up the top end and put a new intake and pipe on it along with new axle bearings. So far it seems to be ok.
