hey i have question for all u guys that have oversived valves in your 300ex. what has to be done to the valve seets to put them in?

The valve seat has to be cut to fit the OS valve, not something your average joe engine builder can do, I suggest sending it to a engine builder with a good rep.

www.webcamshafts.com sells kibblewhite valves. Kibblewhite now makes OS intake and exhaust valves.
