The lakota is a 300cc, majove is a 250cc. I think the lakota is electric start, majave is kick. And different colored plastics. That is all I can think of right now.

Lakota is auto cluch and mojave is manual clutch

the chassis are identical, the lakota motor is from a batou 300

sounds like a nice combo for the wife but there is not much about them out there!!

The mojave is 250, dual overhead cams, 4 valve, kick start, and is liquid cooled. The Lakota is a slower 300 bayou motor, 2 valve, single cam, electric start. The plastics are the same, but different colors. The lakota uses a Mojave frame wiht a deeper engine cradle to accomodize the taller motor. The mojave is so much faster than the Lakota, I owned both of them and the mojave was stock ,but the lakota was custom with maxxis race tires, works, shocks, DG piped, jetted, polished, and machined head, it was fast but not as fast as the mojave.

Thats a real nice Mojave I want to do something similar to mine but Im a little tight on money right now even though I just sold my KTM 125 SX for 2 grand, I have the handguards that you have and I love them, I plan on sending the block out to be blueprinted and machined for national racing, I also bought a load of racing tires to prepair for racing, thats pretty much what drained the money out of me, that and the fact that I spent about 3 grand rebuilding the mojave that I bought for $50 originally. I collect new and used Kawasaki ATV's and trust me it's a costly hobby.
