striped my oil drain bolt on my 300ex, what to do ? is there self a tapping bolt or heli coil. i dont want to drill it because of the shavings unless i put alot of greas on the bit . let me kno what to do

i did that to my blaster, i ended up brining it to the local dealer, they took care of it for me

you could drill a hole in it and put left handed threads in it and put a bolt it in and then take it out that way. the shavings wont matter, your draining your oil anyway.

Heli coil will work just fine. i have done that to a couple quads. Just be sure to change the oil a few times to get any shavings out. To be perfectly honest, every case half i have split to rebuild the bottom end, i drill out the factory threads and install one anyway, because they are much stonger.
