if i choose to run a 12 tooth front sproket on my 300ex what size should i run in the bac?

any brand you guys recommend?

I dont no what size you should run but a good brand would be sidewinder. They have a lifetime warranty on their ti-moly sprockets. You pay a lot but you get your money back in the long run.
