this may sound stupid but how do you adjust 450r front shocks
( witch adjuster is for compression and witch one is for rebound )

i believe compression is on the resivor. and rebound is on the very bottom of the the shock. the manual tells u how to adjust them to the terrain your riding on.

yep, and the preload is on top of the shock. Its a threaded collar.
