my brother has a mini alpha sport 50cc it has been bored out to be a 70cc it helped the power a little bit and it goes a little faster. But most 50s can not have that much power at all anyway

Are you kidding? I have 2 Kymco 50's and they are both real good runners. You have to make sure that all restrictors are off of any 50 before they'll run though.

Example, Kymco 50 has a limited boss drive with a notch in it that keeps the variator from moving out all the way.

It also has a CDI limiter that is easily removed with the clip of a wire.

I weigh 240 and it was able to pull my fat arse all the way around the track at Lake Elsinore MX. Cant be too bad if it can do that.
