What's up guys,

I was thinking we should organize an exriders.com ride at the Badlands in Attica, IN for sometime this fall. It seems like quite a few of you go riding there, plus I know of several people I go to Purdue with that would be interested in going... Saturdays are best for me.

I haven't been there in a year, so I don't really know what kind of shape its in...

What areas of the place was your friend talking about that was all torn up? The trails, gravel pit/sand area, the whole place??

As long as the gravel pit area is okay, thats all I need, I could care less about all of the tight trails and mud.

The place probably just needs some maintenance... I imagine it got pretty torn up on the 4th of July weekend and I'm wondering if they recently had a 4wd truck/jeep thing there... I went about this time last year and couldn't go some days because of Zookimelt...

I just checked their events page and it looks like they just had that Zookimelt gathering for Suzuki 4x4's on the 12-14th of July... That's probably why the place is all messed up.

I wouldn't think the owners would let that place go to he!! like that for long...every single time I've gone its been decent and well cared for.

Oh well, I'll know what the conditions are like soon if i get over there in a few weeks...

We went last weekend of july. There are washout from h*ll. But it was fun. I think wwe bent the axle on the 300.

he ment the whole place is torn up, i mean like on the picture i posted theres a ledge, well you arent going to find something like that to jump off of anymore...i dont see how they can do maintenence to the pit and trail, they could redo the track, but ive been there 20 or so times over 2 years and its sucked everytime, still a fun place to ride, you just usually break alot fo stuff...

WHENS THE FRIGGIN' DATE?

I live about 1 1/2 hours north and enjoy that place alot.

I agree though that the place is wearing done pretty quick. The steep hills are moderate now and the moderate hills are a joke.

I have waxed a hand full of 400EX's there though. Ouch you you.
