Can you take off the governor of a '93 Manco Dingo 9hp? How much speed will it had?

yeah... It will just let you rev higher... But if you rev higher than the so restrictive 3500 rpm limiter I say you will be going 10mph over stock... I know this because I have done it to haul my fat arse around when me and my buddy sold our atvs and was saving for 2 new ex's...

Those things go pretty good being that i weigh 285lbs and the Dingo itself weighs 450lbs. How do you go about taking off the governor?
