I knew I was forgetting something. How do you turn the accelerator pump screw out 1 1/8 turns from standard position without the Honda tool?

I bought a new pilot screw from Woodward so I didn't have a problem with that. After I took the float bowl down to replace the main jet, it was easy to screw out.
