Question: Radar's in NW Ohio open?

I've heard that Radar's riding area in NW Ohio has been open / will be open this year. I've also heard he's been closed. Can anyone give me a definite answer as to whether he is or will be open this year for sure?

I think he is only open to some "locals". He is right outside of Liberty Center.

I heard someone got injured and shut him down.... what exactly do you mean by "locals"? Does he still allow people to ride there on weekends?

i was just in liberty center a week or so ago... which side of the town was it on? did it shut down?
