I'm haveing jetting problems with my 400ex.Just got a full HMF pipe with K&N filter with the lid off.stock pilot clip in 4th spot with a 200 main which HMF told me to run I think it's way to fat on top but wanted to ask you other guys with this set up what you are running

God a 200!?!?!?!? That is way to rich. All you have is a pipe and filter, try gong to the closest honda dealer and pick up 3 Keihin jets. Grab a 155, 160, and a 165, that should be a good starting point. The needle position you have may be a little to rich also (it was for me atleast) go back to stock which is the third clip and back your air/fuel screw out to 2 1/2 turns out. You should be set afterwards.
