I don't know about the Raptor 80 in particular, but I know a thing or two about electronics (I'm an Electrical Engineer), I can probably help you.

What's your problem?

Do you have a Service Manual? (not an owner's manual, that only tells you how to start it. You want the Service Manual, it will tell you how to tear it down and rebuild it, and has a section dedicated to electrical diagnostics)
