hey guys i just got a 05 yfz about a month ago and was wondering if it would be ok to take the baffles out of my stock pipe. it will be a month or two before i can get the money for an aftermarket exhaust and was just making sure this would be ok for the quad b4 i did it. thanks alot guys!!

Yup ... rip that sucker out . You'll need to rejet ... but you'll notice a difference .
I went from baffled , to taking mine out , to putting on a Sparks exhaust and now back to stock baffled exhaust . My quad sounds so lame now with the stock exhaust with baffle .... it almost makes me want to cry .

Since it is for sale, I would guess he is parting it out.

Do it! I took mine out of my raptor, and it makes it sound better plus gives a lttle performence! I didn't even rejet mine! The sound is nothing compared to my buddies HMF though!
