I have a 350 and the 400ex is a little faster in acceleration and top speed. Im not sure which will hold up better though. I like riding the raptor/warrior alot more than the honda. It is a real comfortable bike on all terrains so my opinion goes.

the 400ex is an all around better bike...it handle better has better acceleration and top speed...the raptor 350/ warrior si more comparable to the 300ex.
relaiabilty is not really an issue on either one of these bikes. the 400ex is easier to work on and better thought out since th edesign of the warrior is much much older
