AC Pro Peg Nerfs

For those of you out there who have these the AC Pro Peg Nerfs, are you missing a fourth binder on the left side pro peg. It's on the the back side by the foot peg. The right side has four binders on all sides, i just think its random that the left side doesn't have four, and therewas never one welded on? Any help would be appreciated, because i have an extra length of webbing just hanging there. Thanks for all the help in advance.
