can i charge my battery while it is still connected to by quad or should i disconnect before charging?

i always take mine out because there is not room to hook it up when still on the bike.

i have a craftmans atv battery charger...it came with a quick disconnect lead that i leave on my battery. all i have to do is unplug it. it si a maintenance charfer so i can leave it on for months at a time if i need to.

you can do both, it will charge normally albiet a touch slower thru the cables.

Battery are the best thing ever invented, well worth the money. The keep your battery at perfect charge all the time. Even if it's in storage forever.

I always charge the battery on the bike with the battery tender and the permanant pigtail connectors that come with it .Fast,reliable and goof proof.

Have the same setup .... just changed batteries.... I figured 6 years for the same one was pushing it... but it was charged like this the whole time...
