I have a 140 main jet in my 300ex. Yes, thats right a 140. The thing is, this thing rips now. When I ride in the street, everytime I shift the front end pops up. I was just wondering what everyone else's MJ is at???

I had a 150 main jet in my 300ex but it was sluggish up top but had excellent response so i put a 145 and it does fine.
it holds the front end up all the way till fourth.
white bros exhaust uni filter open air box uni pre filter 20 inch shredders and gearing plus 1 front minus 2 rear.
Just got to ride a 1987 250r after market today friggen fast but not quick and supper lite my 300 kept ahead till 3rd and ran with till fourth then it was over.

see thats weird because i run a closed air box with prefilter. Does removing the choke make that much of a difference. It looks like it would give more intake for sure but you never know.

I had a ton more throttle response.

removing the choke wont get more air in enough to be able to tell a difference. It's like saying new shoes help you run faster. the choke is so thin, waste of time and you will regreat it later when it wont start with out it.
