How to get brake hub/Disk off?

Well, I finally got the axle lock nut off. Now Is there an easy way to get the disk and hub off the axle? Its been there a while and I know I am gunna have to have some magic to get it off.

umm if the locknut is off the brake hub should just slide off the axle
