Sounds like a fair price, take a good look around the upper shock mounts. Even if there are small cracks, you can add some gussets to the frame and it will be better than new. I have been using an Arens frame brace on my 03 and MXing it for 3 years and have still not had a problem with my frame. Go for it!!!
