my friends has a blaster and he took the carb apart and cleaned it. but now as soon as you turn the gas on it all pours out of the overflow. the floats look fine what could it be?

the float is probably stuck. give the float bowl a little tap with the end of a screwdriver and maybe you'll get lucky. otherwise take it apart again and make sure the float is in there properly, and is moving freely.

will a 400ex carb fit on one of my 300exs? and if it will will it have more power?

check the floats, they should not be bent up or down, but flat across the top
