There's some awesome dunes in Waynoka, OK called Little Sahara State Park. There's over 1000 acres of amazing dunes. The landscape changes everyday, fresh jumps everytime the wind blows. The park is located in the Northwestern corner of OK. Y'all should check it out if you haven't already.

Is there times of the year when their is big crowds their. like on 4th of July, or springbreak, ect. Anything like glamis? I know its not as big as glamis. thanks

Will be there early on April 2nd and leave late April 5th, staying in Cowboy campground. 8 or 9 guys, 400ex, 450r, 330r, raptor, and some other bikes. Come on out and drink a few cold ones with us!

Yes there are times that it gets crowded at Little Sahara. Mainly on major weekends and during the summer on the weekends it doesnt get crowded but I am pretty sure you wont be the only person out there.

major weekends---sprin break, easter, next weekend after easter is annual rattlesnake hunt, (never doen that, but its one of the biggest weekends), memorial day, 4th of july, labor day, als one week in spetember is annual Sand Fest, thats cool with drags open and sweetest rides around

We will be there at the last weekend in april before it gets two hot!, we will be in north campground, 250r,400ex,banshee, zuki 450, raptor, and 2 450rs.... look for Sprint canopy i borrowed from work!

Has anybody heard of the Beaver Dunes state park I was wondering if it is any good (I wouldn't expect it to be b/c I never hear about them)

beaver is 45 min away from waynoka and not as large, I keep trying to go there but waynoka is closer and by the time I get there im past ready to roost.
went to little sahara this weekend and it was packed, first time I stayed in cowboy camp and I like it better, not as busy and close to the big dunes.

I almost forgot to tell ya about this sand rocket ship.
it was like a large go kart (not as big as a 2 seat buggy)
this thing had a 1300 hyabusa turbo charged motor and was
way past nutty !!!
I cant even begin to explain how fast this thing was ripping around the dunes, it was 3 times faster than anything I have seen on the sand. It had a 6 or 7 foot wheelie bar on the back
(im pretty sure it wasnt for looks)

last time I was there there was a black 450r that had so tall of suspension they had straps holding the rear end down like monster trucks
