I am trying to decide whats the best quad for my wife, I am thinking of the suzuki and honda 250's or should I get her a little more power in the 300 honda or 350 raptor. I think she can ride pretty decent, but dont want her in over her head. Anyone have any of these quads and can give some pro's and cons and reviews. Thanks.

All you mentioned are great quads. Can she handle a manual clutch?

we have a 250ex and a 300ex. the power difference is noticable. The choice would be if she could drive a clutch, and if she can I probably go with a 300ex. Of course the 250 is shaft drive and is alittle less maintence. your choice.

She should sit on all the machines and see what is most comfortable. The 300ex and raptor are similar in power, but the 300ex has a lighter front end which would be a concern if you ride alot of hilly wooded trails that are technical. Also you may want to consider a used warrior 350. Basically a raptor 350 with a lower seat height. Artic cat has that new 250 or 300 dvx that is automatic which would make for well powered trail quad and is still very sporty. That are many more great options to choose from check out all your local dealers and look at all the products they have to offer. There something perfect for everyone one. Good luck and enjoy
