Well as many banshee guys know, with the stock stator case you have to take it off to access the sprocket etc, Mud packs in there, you name it. well the bolt for my sprocket was loose and I was tired of taking the case off to change sprockets so I took some metal shers and I cut the area out and spent 30-40 min with a file.

turned out purdy good, looks cooler too

Looks good bro, it's a great idea. Amazing how much crap gets packed in there eh? I switch between a 13 and 14 depending on where I ride and I'm sick of taking that cover off. Next time I get some free time I'll do some grinding if you don't mind if I copy yer idea.

haha I dont mind at all man, I use to cuss mine having to take the nerf off, then the shifter, then the case..
