anyone file a claim for warranty work on their LTR450?

I have been reading mixed responses about some problems and people taking their atv's into the dealership for warranty work. I called suzuki and I was told that they do not offer a warranty on LTR450's, but every dealership I called told me that they come with a 6 month warranty from the factory? So has anyone had any warranty work done that the factory paid for? Thanks!
