Which year models had red frames?

Hey guys, sorry to ask such a mundane question here I'm sure but I've come across a well used Banshee that I might be interested in parting out or even fixing up. I looked it over and I couldn't find a tag that gave me a year.

The machine is red framed, red arms, it looks like stock shocks with yellow springs. The fenders don't match but it had a red/yellow grill piece lying separate from the plastics on it.

I don't need an exact year but just an approximate such as mid 90's or what.

I'm going to be leaving town and it's at an auction tomorrow and my dad's going to bid on it for me so I'm kinda needing to know tonight so I can tell him my max bid.

I was thinking either 87 or 98...Im not sure because someone that i know said they had a 98 red frame?
