i bought mine off eBay for 298.00 and dealer installed it for 283.87 best money i ever spent.but be careful if you are planning to have a dealer install a HRC kit you bought off ebya and not from them some of the will not install them..GREEDY MO FO's

just install it yourself. its pretty easy. me and my dad did it last night. the dealer we got it from was going to charge us about $250 to install it. a few busted knuckles is better than spending 250 bucks...

don't u need to buy the shim kit for like 80$ this dealer wants to charge 249 for the kit and 240 to install it i guess it's not a bad price.

i would jump on that in a heart beat..thats a great price for the kit and the install...if you wanna keep your factory 6 month warranty you should let honda do it it will be voided if you dont.

Do it yourself. I found a site that showed pictures step-by-step on how to do it. Dealership wanted $270 to install mine. I did everything but the cam. They installed the cam for $120. So I ended up saving $150 in about an hour. I am NOT mechanically inclined, so when I say it's not hard, it's not hard.

i got mine on eBay for $260 and put most of it on at home. i was a little scared about doing the cam myself so i let the dealer take care of that part. it cost me about $150 for the dealer to install the cam, and do all the first time maintenance for the bike.

If i were you i would install the kit myself. it really wasn't hard at all. i bet if i had a service manual i could have done the cam too.

Now i think it’s better to buy the tools and manuals to do the work yourself rather than have the stealerships do it. You get to know your bike a little better and you have new tools (sweet)
