Hey i can decide if i should buy a 2003 predator stock or a 2001 400ex with powder coated frame, white brothers pipe and more (predator=$5500cnd 400ex=$4500cnd) what would u pick?

Hey, the 400 ex is a good atv,but is badly out of date compared to the newer atvs. Liquid cooling vs air.ect..........

are those prices from a dealer or what? both are really really high! lol, lets see some pics! if you could get the 400ex cheap, that might be good for you, but if they are similiar prices, or only a grand or two apart, deffinetly a preddy!

those prices are canadian.
but yes the predator will be alot better ride. way better suspension, better motor and so on.

dirr...i was too stupid to stop and see that you specified it was in canadian money
sorry for being a dumbass man!
i would say Preddy. both are primarily for trail purposes, therefore more CC's, a better liquid cooled DOHC engine, better suspension, wider stance, and better axle are all reasons why the predddy would probably be the better buy for you

I just sold a 400ex to get a predator. 400ex is a great machien but the suspension and power of the predator is 10 tiems better.

Hi,
Just want to say that you guys are so lucky that side to buy the quads so cheap. Just to give you an idea, got my 06 Troy Lee this week and payed R64 000 ($10 100) for it. It is an awesome bike and worth every cent.
I started on a Raptor 350 and then the LTZ 400 and decided to go for the Troy Lee.
