2000 BANSHEE ,JUST INSTALL THE TOOMEY PIPES/EXHAUST T5.
#280 JET, UNI ENCLOSED BOX. AIRPILOTSCREW I TURN 1/4 TURN FROM FULL IN AND THE BIKE RAN OKAY, BUT STILL SLUGGISH ,DID ANOTHER 1/4 TURN RUNS EVEN BETTER, SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT WOULD THE IDEA TURN BE ON THE AIRPILOT SCREW???? Took out the spark plugs and it appear to be running rich (blk residue)....

I'm pretty sure as you turn the screw out it leans it out some.Might be too rich.
Does it run ok once you hit top end.If so you may need a smaller pilot jet.Might also raise the clip on the needle up one notch.
If none of this works you might try a 270 or a 260.Better watch the plug soon after installing the leaner jet.Don't want to burn it up.
