I recently had my suspension on my 450r rebuilt by gt thunder. They did a great job, but I can get the swingarm skid to fit. I have the stock skid and the ricochet bulletline skid and I would have to space them down almost a whole inch?????

Any ideas are much appreciated thank you

the new linkage sits lower, you will have to trim the skid plate...i had to on my 400ex...

I used 3/4 inch spacers on front two bolt holes, and it worked perfect on my PRM skid plate.

I spaced mine down about 3/8" on all the bolts and it works fine. I have a PRM .250 swingarm skid plate.

i cut mine, when using spacers it seems to take 2 much ground clearance away, i cut the chamber that protects the linkage completely off and left all the bolt holes and bolted it right up, being the linkage is as thick as it is, i doubt u will ever hurt it, you can get pictures of close to what i did in the thread about andy lagzdins bike
