I'm thinking about lowering my 400ex for stability. but i want to race supercross, and T.T. I know it won't make a difference for T.T. but will it hurt my bike when i come down from a jump in supercross?

It'll help you more in the TT but in supercross it just depends on your suspension on how hard you land.

So if i keep the stock shocks it won't hurt the suspension unless i crash!!!!

the lowering kits are NOT design to jump...so the kit will eventually break...the best way to lower it would be to get ride height adjustable shocks ( pretty much every aftermarket shock is ) and then you can drop it down for TT and just turn the nut to get it back up for SX

Some good long travel a-arms, shocks, and an LT swinger will get the job done.
