So ive torn down the 250r i just bought, basically im replacing bearings/balljoints/bushings ect.... Its got lsr a arms, and on thier website they have replacment balljoints listed, but not the heims for the upper a arms where they mount to the frame. Where can i get these??

Also need the bushings for the lower a arms where they mount to the frame.

Also, will a pivot works kit work in a LSR swinger?

AND, one last thing, where can i get the AC propegs without the mounts that bolt to the motor mounts, i need them for a LSR frame.

Call LSR, and talk to some body. They should be able to answer most if not all of your questions.
