I fubared my grab bar on my 400ex. Any suggestions on ah what to do?? I was thinking of cutting it off with a torch and inserting a 450 bar and bolting it in. http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/produ...afCatId=&mmyId=

We did that with my friends, it worked well! just drill and tap the holes for the new grab bar

dont use a toarch, use a grinder or if you dont have one a hacksaw.
