I bought my 250ex new about two years ago. I noticed I needed new tires and I wanted Razrs. My stock tire size is 22x10-9. They do not make a Razr that size so I bought a tire/wheel package with Douglas .160 wheels so that the wheel could accomodate the tire which is 22x11-9. Did I need to buy new wheels to fit the Razrs? Would the Razrs fit on my stock wheels?

yep.... All that you need to match is the last number. The 9. Which means that you have a 9 inch rim.

Is it safe to ride it like that even though the width is 1 inch bigger like will the tire slip off or tear when I'm ridding?? or will it affect performance??

it should be fine i race motocross with 20-11-9 razr's on 9-9 rims and have had zero problems with tires poping off the razr's are a great tire for everything i highly recomend them
