What would be the best way to shave my fenders.

As in what to shave them with or what you want it to look like after they are shaved? Electrical tape, jig saw, and a sander. I did fronts and rear and it turned out really good.

Wish i could do that im just afraid to mess up. Would a dremel work?

Yep that'll work you just might go through more "cutters" than you would using a regular grinder.

I used a dremel and a dry erase marker, the key is to make
both sides the same...

i used a drill with a grinder disk and some masking tape a palm sander and some very fine sand paper
