not sure if this it the right section to post this but im looking into buying a 2 stroke quad but have a few questions are 2 strokes harder to mantain then 4 strokes?and do u have too mix the gas with oil in the 250r or banshee?and also how much do u think a 250r would run me?

2 strokes arent harder to maintain than the new 4 strokes if your 2 stroke is in good condition. As long as you are always taking care of your bike and not slackin on maintenance it should be reliable. yes you have to mix the gas with the oil but its really not bad unless your someone who rides at places that u stop at gas stations to fuel up at during the day. 250rs have dropped alot in price and wont be too much for u to pick up a nice one. you can find a pretty decent one with some good parts for around 3000. but i would look for ones above 4000 because they have probably been taken care of more.

i got mine for $1600 and all it needed was a rear shock, tires, reeds and some packing and it just got rebult and came with a pt head pipe and a fatboy slincer and runs good
so there are good deals if u just look around
