I hit the search button a few times read a few threads and didnt come up with what I wanted. So here is my question

I have a 1987 honda 250r. I was this motor to produce some serious power I want to get away with spending about 2500 at the most.

Basically I am looking for a super reliable Powervalve motor and the matching pipe and carb.

I cant get half of LRD's website to show up so I cant see their products. what company is making the best motors. What type of porting do I want.

I power and torque enough to lift the front tires at basically the snap of a finger and I would love to have a 250r that smokes just about anything there is.

I know there are a lot of variables in my question and wants. I basically dont know exactally what I want and I am hoping to get some information from those that have been there.
