is there any different linkages for the ex, like all the different ones for the 450r(elka,walsh,gt thunder)

Yes, I know for sure Elka and Laz make them.....I am not sure about any other companies....

If you get the Elka put stock bearings in it

other than the above listed- I think walsh also makes one too- not for sure but a member in another site said he had one for a 400ex- I've never reasearched more into it, I run the elka for my long-travel.

Yes, there's a bunch of different linkages for the ex. There's not as many as the R because more people buy for that bike now. But GT Thunder does a great rebuild and link for pretty cheap.
