I'm not too sure about eastern kentucky but there are a couple in southern kentucky; Daniel Boone (London, Ky) and Cumberland Parkway MX, (Edmonton, KY). In the north central part of the state you have Earlywine MX near Maysville, Ky. Also, I highly recommend BallancemotoX in Oakland, Ky. Bill's uncle, John, and his wife do a great job of running that track. They are super nice people and really treat the bikes and quads equally. The track was kept in very good condition for practices and races all through their first season. Its top notch for sure. If you haven't already, check out www.kentuckyriders.com and www.bluegrassatv.com for more info.

Thank you Jess. Great help! I live in Maysville
I am 15 minutes from Earlywines.. Just want to ride somewhere new! Thanks alot man!

No problem. Join up on kentuckyriders. They are a great group of people to ride with no matter what kind of riding and they have a lot of good info on these places. If you're not looking to race, you could check out Bucks Run. Its ok I guess. Not exactly the best place. There is a track in Bedford, Ky besides Bucks Run called D track but I hear that it isn't taken care of too well. I have never been to D track but they do run an atv series.

Do you know how far Bucks Run is from Maysville roughly? Or where is this D track? Thanks!

D Track and Bucks Run are both in or around Bedford. Just mapquest them to find out how far. I'd say the best way is to go to Cincy and then head south via 75/71. Merge to 71. You'll have to check the websites for exact directions. www.bucksrunmxpark.com and http://www.dtrackmotocross.com/index.html

Appreciate the great help.. Have you ever rode at MP offroad?
Posted by: jesshamner
Yeah I have been there but it was a couple years ago. It was before they built the mx track. I don't know how that is but I plan on finding out in March. I'll be racing the new District 10 kyharescramble series. You might look into southern ohio tracks too. www.ohiomafiariders.com might have some info on that.

Ok man, dude I appreciate it.. You made for a good weekend.. Let me know when you visit some of the local tracks and maybe we can ride together or something.

Alright, cool. I might actually be at Earlywine's this weekend. Not too sure on that yet.

Yea man I live in Pikeville they are nothing but private tracks here. We use to go to Aflex but now go to Logan, WV's Rolling thunder race park www.rollingthunderracepark.com they have a mx track there.

ballance mx is a very good place to ride. well, i dont know about now cause they redid the track over the winter and it is supposed to open up this weekend.

They reversed the track for this year. I am curious to see what it will be like now. No worries here. John and Bill built a great track last season and I have no doubt that they will do it again.

I race at earlywines.. i opened my track for practice in monterey! It is 20 min. north of frankfort on 127. Its got some nice jumps, whoops, and awsome corners. i race quads so it is quad friendly!
