thats normal, it does it so your carb does not fill up with gas and flood

then how am i supposed to wheelie and tip it up to clean??i cant have gas leaking out everywehre each time or i'll go broke in no time

when you stand it up to clean it simply turn the fuel petcock to the off position. as far as wheelying your just gonna have to deal with it or plug up the tube and let it drain out afterwards.
