ok just got my new TRX and rode it for about 30 minutes. brought her home and parked here in the garage..... well knowing me i got to checking out the bike and thought oooo, lets take the spark arrester otu and see what it sounds like! i pulled the end piece off and then pulled the arrestor or baffle out. then when i went to put the end piece back on the top screw went in fine, then the other two didnt. one it just got tight all of a sudden and would NOT move no matter how i tried, i eventually had to snap it off in the silencer. the other just wont go in unless i force it and will prolylbreak off too. what should i do? just tap the holes and die the bolts? thanks!

maybe you could try a little oil on the screww first

Save up and get a full pipe. But i had this problem...you hav to evenly tighten the bolts in sequence....otherwise they'lljam, and eventually, break off.

I had this problem too. All I did was buy the LRD full system, Stage II cam, Jet Kit, KN, Kenda Klaw Tires, and a cool looking graphics kit and my problem was fixed.

you do not need to rejet if you only take the end off. if you take the lid off or cut a whole in the lid be prepared to rejet

well i took the end cap off then the spark arrestor out. do i need to rejet and is it fine like this to finish breakin it in? thanks a lot
